A United States Marine Corps veteran, competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete, and massage therapist, Torrance understands firsthand the physical and mental demands that stress, training, work, and everyday life place on the body. After years of military service, athletic competition, and personal experience with injury and recovery, Torrance developed a passion for helping others reduce pain, improve mobility, and prioritize their overall well-being. That experience became the foundation for Renzo Reset Therapy. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To provide the best service to all clients, please review the following policy: • A deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may transfer their deposit to a future appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit. • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments. • If Renzo Reset Therapy must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
